Our aim at Make Yourself is to demystify, declutter and simplify tools and then integrate them to make a more powerful and effective toolkit that facilitates change. Our one to one services illustrate this, integrating NLP, TPM and SRT technologies to deliver highly effective techniques for change.

We have been getting so many great results with remote clearing that we are developing a set of short courses so that others can learn these simple yet powerful techniques and processes to facilitate change in themselves, friends and family and clients.
Instead of putting together a long and expensive course that delivers all the tools and techniques, we have developed a number of modular courses that each deliver some tools and processes that can be used effectively and build on each other.
By running these courses on a regular basis, attendees will be able to learn at the pace which suits them, so one could take courses close together or spread them over many months.
